We work with you or your technical team to acquire the relevant credentials or permissions to access your codebase to make development changes, and get set up to run your website or mobile app locally for development, and to manage releases or integrate into your technical team's existing workflows to stage our changes for release.

Get Set Up to Manage Google Analytics

We work with you or your technical team to acquire administrative access to your existing Google Analytics property, or we can set up a property for you if you don't yet have one.

Build Funnels to Evaluate Journeys for Your Key Conversions

We design funnels for each of the key conversions you want to improve, add the necessary Google Analytics tracking events, build the funnels and work with you to establish realistic goals for the % of users expected to complete each of the steps within your funnels.

Drive Enough Users Into the Funnels

If you do not have enough users within the funnels (ideally between 100-1,000 users entering each funnel) for each of the key conversions you want to improve, we can work with you or your marketing team to create campaigns within your existing channels or set up channels and create campaigns to drive enough users into the funnels.

Evaluate User Behaviours and Identify Drop-Off Points

We use the funnel visualisation in Google Analytics to identify where the desired % of users have not completed each step in the funnel.

Implement Changes to Strengthen the UX/UI and Decrease Drop-Offs

We analyze the part/s of the User Interface (UI) associated with each failing step, discuss possible causes of the drop-offs, and we iteratively devise, build, release and A/B test variations of the UI associated with each drop-off until the required % of users complete the step.
