They Required a Team with Expertise in Bespoke Web Development and AI Integration to Create a Platform That Could Scale with the Organisation and Enhance the Experience for Schools, Parents and Caregivers.

The Existing Kids That Flourish Website Was Functional but Lacked Advanced Capabilities to Automate and Streamline the Report Generation Process. This Limited the Organisation's Ability to Scale, as Creating Reports Required Significant Manual Effort and Slowed Down Service Delivery.

1. Outdated Design

The site's design was outdated and not fully optimised for mobile and tablet use.

2. Limited User Insights

There was no integrated mechanism for capturing user behaviour data beyond basic traffic counts, making it difficult to identify areas for improvement.

3. Manual Report Creation

Without automation, personalised reports could only be created manually by the team, reducing speed and efficiency.

Solution

1. Front End

Built with Next.js for a responsive, fast-loading, SEO-friendly interface optimised for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

2. Back End

Developed using Firebase Functions to handle secure server-side processing, including AI integration and report generation.

3. AI Integration

Implemented OpenAI to power the personalised report generator, which processes responses from a 50-question form and compiles tailored advice into a professionally designed PDF.

4. Data & Analytics

Integrated Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for real-time performance monitoring, alongside Google Analytics funnels for deep insights into user behaviour.

5. Related Resources

Added a Google Custom Search API with a Programmable Search Engine to present relevant web links alongside generated reports.

6. Security & Hosting

Hosted on Vercel with HTTPS, optimised for security and scalability.
